Book a Free Intro

Fifteen minutes, face to face. What are you after, what's gotten in the way before, what does your week look like. That's it.

We Build Your Program

Not a template. Not a class workout. Your coach writes something for you — your body, your weak spots, your goals. The person next to you will be doing something completely different.

Show Up and Train

Show up. Your coach walks you through everything. Forty-five minutes, then you're out the door and back to your people.

When exactly do you open?
Summer 2026. We don't have the exact date nailed down yet, but the pre-sale list hears first.
What does "founding member pricing" mean?
It means you lock in a rate that goes away once we open to the public. Specifics are coming soon — everyone on the pre-sale list gets the details before anyone else.
I haven't worked out in a long time. Is that okay?
More than okay. Honestly, that's most of our list right now. Your coach writes your program for wherever you're starting — not where some chart says you should be.
How is this different from a group class?
In a class, thirty people do the same thing. Here, four people train at the same time — but each one's on their own program. Your coach wrote it for you and adjusts it live.
What does getting started actually look like?
Once we open, you'll book a free intro — about 15 minutes, one-on-one with a coach. We'll talk about where you are physically, what you're dealing with (old injuries, time constraints, whatever), and what you actually want out of this. No workout that day unless you want one. After that, we'll walk you through our membership options, pricing, and what the schedule looks like for your week. If it's a fit, you pick a start date. If it's not, no hard feelings. There's no long-term contract — memberships run month to month. We'd rather earn it every month than lock you in.
Does joining the list cost anything?
Nope. No payment, no obligation. You're just saving your spot at the front of the line.
