More Than Fitness

Fitness is not the end goal. Life is.

Imagine carrying a squirming toddler up the hill from the Locks without getting winded. Taking the stairs down to Golden Gardens without your knees yelling back. Walking the Sunday Farmers Market after a long week because you still have something left.

That is the point of Anchor. The training only matters if it helps you carry more, move better, recover faster, and show up for the life you are building outside the gym.

Tevin built Anchor for that: fewer people, fewer moving parts, and a repeatable plan adults can actually keep.

The first test is fit.

If the schedule, coaching model, or membership does not make sense, the answer is no. The Studio Visit exists to find that out before money changes hands.

The limit is the product.

Four people per coach is not a slogan. It is the capacity rule that keeps the work visible, coached, and adjustable.

How It Works

The plan is simple because real life is not.

Anchor gives you the amount of training most adults can repeat: two strength appointments, one conditioning appointment, and coaching close enough to adjust the work.

You choose from available training windows before joining. The goal is not to make fitness your life. It is to make training support it.

01 / Plan 2 Lift + 1 Condition

The training target is clear before you join.

02 / Coaching Four people per coach

Small enough for your movement to be seen, corrected, and progressed.

03 / Schedule Flexible appointment windows

The training week stays clear; the actual times are confirmed before you join.

04 / Entry Point Movement check first

We find your starting point before intensity, loading, or membership pressure.

Inside A Session

You should not have to decode your own workout.

This is not a class you disappear into or an open gym you have to decode.

You arrive by appointment, train the session assigned for your week, get coached through the work, and leave knowing the next step.

Check in Arrive in your agreed window.
Coach One coach sees the work.
Move Movement gets checked before intensity.
Train Four people. Individual work.
Tools Every tool has a job.
Leave Know the next session.

How You Start

Start with fit. Then train the plan.

A new gym earns trust by being clear before asking for commitment. Anchor starts with a free Studio Visit so you can see the studio, meet the coach, and confirm whether the schedule can work.

Fit

Built for adults who need fitness to support real life, not become another unpaid job.

You do not need to arrive in shape. You need to be open to coaching and clear about the schedule your life can support.

For You want a plan you do not have to rebuild every Monday.
For You want the training plan set for you and the timing confirmed before you pay.
Not for You only want access to equipment.
Not for You want random intensity instead of a repeatable plan.

Membership + Capacity

One membership. Specific plan. Limited capacity.

$595/month for 12 coached appointments. That is about $50 per coached appointment with no more than four people per coach.

The membership buys coached time, programming, progression, and a weekly plan you confirm before joining. The Studio Visit covers available training windows, cancellation rules, and whether the schedule fits real life.

The Facts

Clear before you commit.

What happens during the Studio Visit?

You see the studio, meet the coach, talk through your training history and schedule, complete a simple movement check, and review whether the membership fits before joining.

Do I need to be in shape before I visit?

No. You can be out of shape, coming back after years away, or working around old pain. The movement check helps decide where to start and whether outside clearance makes sense first.

Is this small group personal training or a class?

Small group personal training. Anchor trains in coached appointments capped at four members per coach. Each member works from their own starting point inside the session. This is not open gym access and not a drop-in class.

What does $595/month include?

The membership includes 12 coached appointments each month, capped at four people per coach. That is about $50 per coached appointment, plus a movement check, programming, progression, and a two-week on-ramp.

Why should I trust a new gym before it opens?

Anchor opens June 1, 2026, so trust has to come from specifics: see the studio, meet the coach, review the schedule, understand the membership, and know the standard before joining. The first appointment times are assigned from these visits before opening.

Do I join before the Studio Visit?

No. The Studio Visit is the first conversation, not a membership commitment.

How is my weekly schedule set?

During your Studio Visit, we review available strength and conditioning windows and map a weekly plan before joining. Anchor is not a drop-in class pass; it is coached training by appointment. Once a training window reaches four members, that window closes.

What if I miss an appointment, need a hold, or cancel?

Make-up, hold, and cancellation rules are reviewed before membership begins. Members can use the membership hold form or cancellation form, and Anchor confirms account changes in writing.

Where is Anchor located?
